Delivery Services

Delivery parcels are accepted at the bell desk (1F). We also offer cardboard boxes for a fee.

Baggage Storage

Baggage can be stored at the bell desk (1F) or front desk (1F).
Baggage storage is available both before check-in and after check-out.

*Please include the guest’s name and arrival date in the special instructions.
*We cannot store food and beverages.
