〇 Disposable Amenities

For long-term stays, room cleaning can be skipped. If you cooperate by not using disposable amenities or skipping room cleaning, activities. we will donate the equivalent cost to local environmental conservation.

〇Food Safety
We ensure food safety for our guests through stringent quality and hygiene management of ingredients and kitchen operations, comprehensive employee training, and proactive prevention of food-related incidents. Measures include preventing food poisoning and norovirus infections, accommodating guest allergies, preventing foreign object contamination, checking expiration dates, and holding food safety committee meetings. The food safety committee meetings are part of our efforts to reduce food waste.

〇Local Production for Local Consumption
We offer menu items featuring local ingredients such as Shizuoka rice and Izu wasabi. We are committed to supporting and revitalizing local producers.

〇Corporate Culture
Respecting each and every employee
We support maternity leave, childcare leave, and short working hours. We also ensure that employees take at least five days of annual paid leave.

Promoting employee health and wellness
We encourage no smoking during work hours.

Celebrate special moments: The “Tsuru” Course
We serve salt-grilled Shizuoka ayu (sweetfish) and a Shizuoka-Sodachi (Shizuoka-grown beef) fillet steak with sansho pepper sauce.
Enjoy the fragrant, rich flavor and tender, plump texture of the ayu.
For the main staple, enjoy “Izu-no-Megumi” brand rice cooked in a clay pot, generously topped with boiled shirasu (whitebait) from Suruga Bay.

Hostess’s favorite: The “Matsu” Course
For your seasonal dish, we offer sea grapes from Numazu, and for the grilled dish, enjoy salt-grilled ayu (sweetfish) from Susono.
Delight in the unique, popping texture of the farmed sea grapes from Numazu.
Additionally, savor Shizuoka’s premium “Kin-Ton-Oh” pork served in a salt hot pot and wagyu sirloin steak accompanied by a tangy yuzukosho (yuzu and chili) sauce.

The “Sakura” Course
Enjoy Shizuoka’s premium “Kin-Ton-Oh” pork in a salt hot pot.
Additionally, savor flounder grilled with tade (knotweed) and wagyu roast beef with yuzukosho dressing.
