Sano Art Museum

The Sano Art Museum opened in 1966 with donations from Mishima-raised entrepreneur Ryuichi Sano.
The exhibited artworks mainly consist of Asian arts and crafts like Japanese swords, bronze ware, ceramics, gold copper Buddhist statues,
old mirrors, ancient copies of sutras, Japanese paintings, masks used in Noh performances, and accessories collected by category.
Exhibits change every four weeks or so.
