The dining room combines the “chef’s skills” cultivated by Prince Hotel over many years with ingredients from Shinshu and Karuizawa and the essence of how to enjoy food in the modern age. The restaurant’s theme is “the wind and light that inform us of the four seasons in Karuizawa,” and you can enjoy a rich and varied menu.
There is also a bar counter where you can enjoy the night time menu, and a take-out corner where you can bring your own cake to go.
