Enjoy exercising in this spacious gym with a panoramic view of Karuizawa’s nature through the glass walls.
Equipped with a variety of machines and drinking water.

Equipment: 3 treadmills, 1 cross trainer, 1 fitness bike, 1 shoulder press, 1 V-crunch, 2 stretching mats

Operating hours: 7:00A.M. to 10:00P.M. (Final reception is at 9:00P.M.)
*Guests staying in West Twin Rooms, The Prince Karuizawa, and The Prince Villa Karuizawa can use the fitness room for free.
*Please use indoor shoes in the fitness room.
Rental shoes are available at the hot spring front desk.
*Please refrain from using the facility if you are under 16 years old.
