A fitness room for the exclusive use of guests attached to the hot spring facility.
Equipped with various machines and drinking water.

Equipment: 1 treadmill, 2 cross trainers, 1 aero bike, 1 Function training system, 1 Riadelt/Peckfly

Operating hours: 7:00A.M. to 10:00P.M. (Final reception is at 9:00P.M.)
*Guests staying in East Twin Rooms, The Prince Karuizawa, and The Prince Villa Karuizawa can use the fitness room for free.
*Please use indoor shoes in the fitness room.
Rental shoes are available at the hot spring front desk.
*Please refrain from using the facility if you are under 16 years old.
