*Staying guest privileges are valid from the time of check-in to the time of check-out.

The Prince Karuizawa (Standard for all room types)
　1. Free access to Hotel East “Forest Hot-Spring” (not including the bathing tax of JPY150)
　2. Free access to Hotel West “MOMIJI HOT-SPRING” (not including the bathing tax of JPY150)
　3. Free access to Hotel East/West “Fitness Room” Available only to guests 16 years old and older *Free rental shoes
　4. Free use of rental bicycles (from 7:00A.M. to 5:00P.M.) from mid-April to late October Because of the limited number of bicycles available, only same-day rentals are accepted. (This does not apply to bicycles rented at other facilities.)
　5. Access to the Guest Service Center “Smile Concierge” service.
　6.Newspaper Delivery Service (Shinano Mainichi Shimbun)
　 * Can be changed to desired paper
　7.Library Cafe Rindo Special Drink Menu Free.

Available only on the Executive Floor / Suites

1. Complimentary refrigerator drinks.
2. Tennis play 1 hour free per day per surface. *Reservations required.
   Tools are available for rent for a fee.
3. Free daily 9-hole golf outing at the Karuizawa Prince Hotel Golf Course (reservation required) from mid-April to late November *Additional fees for maintenance and usage tax are not included *Please check for available slots from 8:00A.M. to 1:50P.M., based on your desired start time. *Not available while the course is undergoing maintenance.
4. Special price for one-day lift ticket at Karuizawa Prince Hotel Ski Area. Please purchase at The Prince Karuizawa front desk.

1. Access to The Prince Villa Karuizawa “Center House” Lounge (3:00P.M. to 9:00P.M.)　
   *Only guests staying in Suites may use this service.
   *Please notify the Center House staff if you have any allergies.
