We will be holding tea ceremonies exclusively for Hotel guests in the Sukiya-zukuri style Tea House located in the Japanese garden on the Hotel grounds.
We invite you to enjoy the world of wabi-sabi, together with powdered green tea prepared in the manner of the Urasenke school of tea ceremony, to your heart’s content.
Venue: Tea House
Mr. Togo Murano has made significant contributions to Japanese architecture. This Tea House, which was created by Mr. Murano, renowned as a master of the Sukiya-zukuri architectural style, is delicately built, down to the finest detail. With decorations not seen in the original Sukiya-zukuri style and attention to detail in every aspect, we aim to provide you a moment of rest and relaxation in our Tea House.
The Tea House is located in a Japanese garden, where you can hear the sound of flowing rapids, and the reflection of flowing water on the shoji screens completes the tasteful Japanese-style aesthetic.
