In the case of accommodation tax, the term “room rate” refers to the rate for unaccompanied meals, not including meals.

• Amount equivalent to the amount of consumption tax
• Charges equivalent to non-accommodating services 
  (eg) meals, drinks from the refrigerator, conference rooms, weddings, banquets, beauty treatments, swimming pools, saunas, videos, cleaning, telephones, parking lots etc.
