◆Protection of cultural Properties

The Taitoku-in Mausoleum “Somon” Gate on the hotel grounds is designated as an important cultural property, conveying the splendid vestige of the times to the present day.

◆Park management

We manage the trees, lawns and other areas of the park based on a management plan we developed. We maintain a green landscape by thinning and planting trees according to how well they are growing.

◆Utilization of diverse human resources and improvement of ES

We are broadening the type of human resources we hire to include people with disabilities, foreign nationals, part-time workers, and so on. We are also working to improve ES by enhancing benefit packages by drawing on group merits and recognizing the achievements of individuals.
